Playa Palms Beach Hotel Playa del Carmen

I liked every detail about my excellent 2 nights stay here. The room I booked was cleaned and available with cooking equipment. The venue's position was central. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

The place is pleasant and clean, it offers astonishing breakfast and stunning location right on the beach.

Liked our stay, had great 2 days overall. We stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with kitchen. Check in was good. Offered a shuttle to the beach. The venue was in a central location next to the ocean, the most popular clubs of the area, the beach.

The room was beautiful on the fabulous balcony and had climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

It has awesome staff and rooms for a really good stay for that business trip.

Charming hotel, brilliant rooms, the staff was obliging. There were fruit, breads and yogurt in patio during breakfast. The venue had a central position just next door to beach. I had quick lunch at Fish my Chips, located so close to the hotel.

Fairly clean venue with ideal location in front of the beach. Centro district is worth your attention.

Well, it was a real good stay in the Ocean Front room on the third floor. I appreciated that the room was inviting on the second level.

The hotel with inviting rooms and in a beautiful area, right in the center of town. Accommodating, superbly friendly staff and a nice swimming pool.

Perfect 10/10 stay, I loved it. Service was TERRIFIC and food was nice. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Beds were large and staff were ready to help.

I got free upgrade and loved it. Restaurant in hotel was average and the pool area was well-maintained. Stellar experience, nothing too much trouble.

As for me, the area was not nice.

Lovely boutique hotel with great views as a bonus. The slices of fresh bread, fruit and yogurt were outstanding. Good service throughout stay. I loved my really really nice stay.

Nice location, honest staff, quick breakfast, strong wi-fi. The atmosphere created here was relaxing! I enjoyed the very comfy bed in my studio. The views were absolutely fabulous from the window. Nice place for celebrating birthday. Smooth check in and incredible service throughout my stay.

it was spotless inside. the room we stayed in had modern design, it was modern looking and soundproof. we really enjoyed to have evening drinks at lido bar restaurant, based nearby. personalised service too.

It was a such wonderful stay, low-budget place. Hotel was neat, and it had lovely staff and location. The property was in a tourist area.

I liked this calm hotel with its prime location and courteous staff. The bed was nice, room was spacious and extremely spacious. Lovely lobby. Could use their private parking.

I loved this hotel, it's sparkling clean and quite convenient. Bfast staff were equally as hardworking as all the other staff. Location was unbeatable for exploring this central area.

Ideal location and rooms, the hotel itself was fairly clean. I loved a smart decor and comfortable furniture. Simple check in and late check out. The stay at this very private venue was a good one.

The accommodation was peaceful, pool was well maintained, beds were super comfy. They made my stay comfortable. The continental breakfast option was so good. Need to point that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus.

we were in the queen studio with a personal safe, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and ironing facilities. the hotel is in a green area. we were surprised by the garden too.

The setting was very convenient here. We really enjoyed service and location.
